Project Dream - Sub Project 0 Management and Co-ordination

SP0 will:

Measure the progress of project deliverables and milestones and manage risks to ensure the overall project objectives are achieved on time
Manage the activities of the DREAM consortium
Put in place reporting, decision making, quality control, risk management and conflict resolution mechanisms
Ensure timely and efficient financial and administrative co-ordination of the project
Responsible for ensuring dissemination activities are carried out
Interface with stakeholders and important decision makers to support links into future projects and engine certification
